For our Hitchins’ range of waterproofing products, to further protect our customers against the unlikely event of an established faulty workmanship by an approved applicator that has become defunct, our manufacturer also backed the warranty by their unique International Fidelity Fund.
Financed by a levy on all the waterproofing products sold, the Fund is invested by a board of trustee comprising elected approved applicators and nominated directors of our manufacturer. Claims against a defunct applicator on its workmanship warranty obligations may be lodged with the Fund for compensation within the terms and conditions of the Trust Deed. A copy of the Trust Deed is available for inspection upon request.
